Winners must be suitable candidates for whitening. If you have gingivitis, or untreated cavities, you’ll need to visit your dentist first, or you may end up with mediocre results and excessive sensitivity. While whitening it’s also important to remember to avoid things that stain teeth – coffee, red wine, curry, cigarettes – for 12 hours before and after you whiten. All entrants must be over 18 years of age and have all natural teeth (no crowns, bridges or veneers).
